“From start to finish was a blast! We did Cave of the Winds / Tour. We ended up with our own private guide Caitlyn who was amazing and super informative! She was very passionate about her love of the park and knowledge of the falls. It was a great time, thank you!”

“Howard our tour guide was great and made our time with him learning so much about Niagara Falls. He kept my boys 15 and 12 engaged with his knowledge and humor throughout our tour.”

“Rob our tour guide was very knowledgeable and a great story teller! It was nice having him gather the tickets for us. I would have preferred to stay longer at the falls, but my kids were happy to have a guide move us along!”

Questions we get every day

It's the only side where you can get inside the falls — Cave of the Winds and Goat Island put you feet from the water. No passport needed, and the State Park is free to enter.

Yes. May–September is peak season and boat and cave lines can run past an hour. Guided packages include skip-the-line access — that's most of the reason people book them.

Boat tours meet in front of the Hard Rock Café (333 Prospect St). Tours without the boat meet at the Power Portal Archway on Goat Island. Full directions come with your confirmation.

On the boat and in the cave — absolutely, ponchos included. Bring a dry shirt for kids and a waterproof case for your phone.

June to early September for full attractions; October for foliage and fewer people. The nightly illumination runs year-round, with summer fireworks over the gorge.
